Open the PDFs using Adobe Acrobat Reader

I’ve been getting a lot of questions on why the PDF files sometimes appear scrambled/garbled. The garble is because the PDFs are protected documents that can only be opened in a true PDF reader such as Acrobat reader or Acrobat or Nitro Pro.  If opened in a web browser like Chrome or Edge, it cannot read past the protection and garbles it. So please try again to open it being careful to open it from Acrobat reader.
